Here is the truth...you CAN lose 5-15 pounds this month!🙌🏻Yep...THIS MONTH! The question is how bad do you really want it? I know what you're thinking, you call BS right? Well that's EXACTLY what I first thought! I was never the most fit or healthiest person, but I was comfortable in my skin. Then both pregnancies happened and it all went downhill, literally!! I didn't recognize the person in the mirror and didn't fit into 95% of my wardrobe. I spent ALOT of time being miserable about it until I decided enough is a enough! 🙅🏻 I was full of excuses. I'm the worst at keeping a routine alone. I needed my boot camp sessions or orange theory, the gym alone did nothing for me! But now with the girls, my busy schedule, full time 9-5 (which u know is really way over 40 hrs/week) I couldn't do either! I lacked internal motivation & couldn't get the energy to commit to anything feeling hopelessly forever trapped in this "new" mom body. Then something happened! I met my coach on IG and she introduced me to her challenge group. I didn't believe I could do it, but decided what else do I have to lose? So I tried it!! Well, u can say 30 lbs later the rest is history!! I finally felt motivated to do something! Seeing all these women post their daily workouts pushed me to do the same. I mean I wasn't going to be the one that didn't get my workout in....it pushed me!! I thought ok if they can do it then so can I, and I did! 💪🏼 The support, motivation, and tools for success blew my mind! I kept thinking where has this been my whole life??? The immediate results were amazing!! My HUGE hips became half the size in just 2 rounds after dropping 22 lbs in 6 weeks!! YOU can overcome these and similar struggles as well!! I promise you that you can!
