You guys know that I'm a big fan of finding ways to reduce calories when dieting without reducing volume. Here is another way. Cauliflower rice instead of regular rice can help you save a lot of carbs as you can see in this comparison posted by @halfmybody. Now, if you eat it plain, it's not going to taste too good. Personally, I mix it with chicken, some other veggies, and sauce and it's an excellent substitute for regular rice. Is it going to taste exactly like regular rice? Of course not. But, when you're dieting and you need to make sacrifices, this is a much more doable one than completely cutting out rice or another food all together. Luckily, cauliflower rice has gotten more popular so you can purchase it at a bunch of grocery stores. You could also make it yourself but ain't no body got time for that.
