I tried a new recipe for my chicken. Marinaded it using 2% greek yogurt and curry seasoning along with chopped garlic and onion. Cooked over medium high heat with a dash of red wine vinegar. The yogurt sticks to the chicken locking in the moisture to make it super tender and juicy. Plus it was SO easy to put together! Perfect for grilling!

E sì, finite le vacanze anche per noi.
