The leftover wrap. Simple easy delicious. I had some leftovers in the fridge.... easiest for work is a sandwich.... and it turned out great. Sweet potato baked fries. Roasted maple brussel sprouts. Grape leaves. Quinoa. 1) Start with a sauce. Vegan sour cream. Sriracha. Vegan pesto. 2) add leftovers 3) raw greens. I used spinach. 4) Pickle or banana pepper on side.
