So many people talk about their outer transformations on #transformationtuesday <https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/transformationtuesday>. But I've already had mine, I have a six pack, and I am strong we know this so what is the point to keep doing the same old same old. So what if I share with you, my current inner transformation and the things I am doing to make it happen!
It all started last year when I started my business. They tell you in order to help others you have to help yourself and keep yourself growing as a person, not just your physical health but your mental health too!
I started with the book The Compound Effect! I learned even though you can't always see changes happening if you don't give up and are consistent, things will grow and change! That book started me seeking other books, YouTube videos, and podcasts. I fell in love with Brendon Burchard, Glennon Doyle Melton, and Mel Robbins. I was doing a lot of business development without even realizing it.
It wasn't until a team mate told me that she thought I got the business end covered, that I needed to work on my mindset, my spirit, inner self! So as some of you have seen in my posts that, is what I've been focusing on and sharing with you all! I have read You Are A Badass and am on my second time through. I have started training that my mentor gave me to work on me. I am learning that once you start doing all the things you had a preconceived idea that you thought things were stupid, they really aren't! I've started a 5-minute meditation practice every morning, I am starting to really think and write my goals down, and I'm opening myself up more than ever.
So if you've noticed me wearing a shirt during my workouts that's because I'm not working on my body anymore I'm working on ALL of me!
