Got up to 245 and stayed there for about 10-20 singles I stopped counting, missing most of them lol. The ignorance I have when i get to a weight I know I can do lol. hips tightened up like crazy after heavy squats so trying to get deep in these snatches set left me unbalance and unstable. This is what a #homeworkout looks like for me. Since I work at a fitness facility I don't do at home workouts very often anymore, but when I do, I have two very active participants always willing to join in. Sometimes "joining in" means laying on top of me in the middle of my ab bikes, or climbing on my back as I do a plank, but it's totally worth it. They're learning that we take time for ourselves to get stronger and make healthy choices. Plus, it's so much fun!
