Ok today was a day full of self care and everything about it rocked my world. I listened to my body and gave it everything it craved. I woke up and started the day off with #LISS while the rest of my house slept. An hour, all to myself to start the day right. The kids headed off to school and I went to do some stretch yoga. After a lovely coffee outing, and a fulfilling smoothie, I picked my kids up from school and took them to the gym. On Thursdays our gym offers a program for 6-12 year olds where they have a gym attendant helping guide their activities which means parents can have some time at the gym alone. What a beautifully spent day full of fitness. It was spread over 12 hours but I feel great, and so does my body. This podcast was also incredible for anyone looking for something insightful ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

18-1-2018| Vandaag is zo'n dag dat je het liefste lang in bed wil liggen๐ŸŒฌ๐ŸŒช. Ze hebben voor vandaag code oranje gegeven vanwege de storm. Helaas heb ik wat afspraken staan en moet ik er wel uit๐Ÿ˜ฏ, Ook is het vandaag legday dus gaan we vanavond weer even knallen in de sportschool ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š

Oh mate!!!! Did my first upper body circuit in forever to put some loading on my arms. This was my light weight torture kit. Geepers ๐Ÿ˜ฑ...got myself good.
I could barely move to position myself for post workout pic, however the lighting gods were good and no evidence of my extremely beetroot face! Happy Thursday ๐Ÿ˜€... I'm going to lie down now ๐Ÿ˜ด

17-1-2018| Goedemorgen lieve sporters en beauty's. Gisteren heb ik weer heerlijk mijn armen en schouders getraind, dit betekend; Spierpijn! Gisteren ben ik met een paar oefeningen van 8kg naar 10kg gegaan๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿค—. Wat is jullie laatste progressie ? Wees meer bewust van je vooruitgangen en wees er trots op!๐Ÿ˜—

16-1-2018| In het eerste jaar dartelen we verliefd samen van festival naar festival.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ Vanaf het tweede jaar kwam ik vanaf Friesland naar Opmeer en gingen we samen wonen.๐Ÿฉ In het derde jaar besloten we dat we 2 poesjes wouden.๐Ÿ˜ป๐Ÿ˜ธ In het 4de jaar samen zijn woonde we in ons nieuwe appartement aan de Zomertaling en besloten we dat we nog een kat erbij wouden. ๐Ÿ˜ธ Na 5 jaar verder zijn we nog steeds erg gelukkig en gaan we nog steeds naar festivals. In het 6de jaar zijn we voor het eerst samen ver op vakantie geweest, en tekende we bij de notaris het koopcontract voor ons eerste eigen huisje aan de Heerenweide. Nu is het vandaag precies 7 jaar geleden dat jij mijn vriendje bent geworden. En na 7 jaar kan ik zeggen dat ik je vertrouw en dat jij alles bent voor mij๐Ÿ’ Ik hou van jou ๐Ÿ’ž Op nog vele mooie jaren samen.

14-1-2018| Even een paar dagen rust genomen van alles. Ik merkte dat ik zo druk was in mijn hoofd met alles, dat ik even niks gepost heb. Vandaag ben ik met mijn vriend lekker aan het wandelen geweest in de duinen. 1.5 uur gelopen/geklauterd door het zand van Schoorl.๐Ÿ˜ฅ
Nu even lekker chillen en warm worden onder een dekentje voor de tv.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘
