Trying to grow these bad boys by activating them 2-3x/week. Not my favorite muscle group to train because it's a weak point. Keeping my head up because all that means is they need attention! Before this burnout set I did both standing & seated calf raises. I like to add the ball at the end for an extra challenge!

Congrats to my client Blayne for reaching her 1 month mark this week.
She works overnight shifts in the E.R. and truly amazes me with her sacrifice of time and sleep she gives these people that need her. She has eliminated all processed foods, gluten, bad sugars, and habits completely. She moves 7 days a
week now and is taking in the simple little progresses that keep coming her way. Ultimately, my goal with her is exactly where she is headed. A goal that has no finish line or "fast results", but a journey that gives her the start to a lifetime of good health and joy that she gets to share with her family. I wrote this on my fitness journal today.
The environment and the people around me do not always support me in accomplishing my goals and dreams. Sometimes, I get so frustrated and I feel trapped by the circumstances that I am in.
But I have to remind myself of how badly I want this. I want to be healthy. I want to have a strong toned body. I want to show people around me how good a plant-based diet can be. I want to see myself once I have truly tried my hardest and put all my effort into my well-being. I am determined to not let anyone, anything get in the way! Что-то давно я не писала о своём питании, то дела были, то я спала целый день, но сегодня день будет афигенный! Я точно знаю)))
Все начинается с читмила*, но вернёмся на два дня назад.
В четверг у меня был жёсткий день, в котором я честно сорвалась и поела мяса, потому что тофуууууу - это пи***ц.
Рацион в четверг: - сухофрукты и орехи 30 гр
- 150 гр тофу обжаренный в томатном соусе и оливковом масле , 200 гр овощей
- 200 гр ягод
- 150 тофу , 200 гр овощей
- 1 порция бсса
- 150 гр тофу , 200 гр овощей
Хоспади, как же я рада, что четверг только раз в неделю. Искренни не понимаю людей, которые любят тофу. Если найдётся человек, который прочитает этот пост и скажет: "че за фигня?! Я обожаю тофу!". Напиши пожалуйста мне, как его полюбить, потому что это белок, есть надо. #тофу#tofu
А вот пятница была безуглеводной, но правда от куриной грудки уже подташнивает🤢но цель оправдывает средства! 💪🏻

- 200 гр тунца или другой Нежирной рыбы, можно запекать, 1 огурец
- 200 гр запеченной говядина или куриных грудок, специи, 1 огурец

Готова поспорить, нашлись люди, которые думали, что я уже вне игры, но нет! Сегодня у меня, как я уже сказала, читмил, а после снова белки 😏любимые 🤢😅
P.S. Не знала под какой фоткой это написать, пришла мысль видио записать, но голос у меня не очень. Поэтому ем 😅хотела сначала банан 🍌 , который мне совсем нельзя, но что-то решила, бутерброд с икрой гораздо лучше 😂 а может банан надо было? просмотров было бы больше 😂😂😂😂 шучу 😏😅😂😜 *день, когда есть можно все, но не больше 4000 калорий в день и не чаще 5 приемов в день.

The laaaaaast thing I wanted to do today was workout. I have felt so weak these past couple of weeks with random outbursts of crazy strength lol the human body is so frustrating sometimes. But I made myself go anyway and didn't focus on lifting weights, just training legs. Literally anything with legs. Goes to show though that even if you feel like shit, do what you can. 💥Weighing in today 3.5 pounds lighter than 4 weeks ago. This is also after 2 meals and some donuts and Oreos- soooo it's likely that if I weigh myself tomorrow I'll be more around 4.5lb down this month. 💥not trying to lose weight and actually have barely been working out, but due to lifestyle changes and a busy life they seem to be just falling off. Previously wasn't tracking kcals rather was just letting my body do its thang and eat intuitively, but I may start tracking just to make sure I'm hitting my minimum kcal goal. 💥body fat % and muscle mass % is still about the same. Fat % is a dash but lower but nothing crazy. Overall I feel very flat, buttt I'm going to be getting back to my usual(ish) self so hopefully some of these things will change in next weeks update💯

Skinless grilled salmon with mango, kale and quinoa salad with sweet corn kernel and shredded fresh coconut - 3 weeks' vacation of abundant food is finally over. Now back home trying to get back on the bandwagon of healthy eating and losing the extra weight I put on. I guess each vacation has its consequences and 3 week long came with a lot of them 😕

Today is a disaster, missed my window to workout. Aiming to have long workout session tomorrow, so here's my effort to be well hydrated for tomorrow. Hmm 2 days missed workouts (I missed yesterday's as no energy) Not liking that one bit, but tomorrow...is a new day..

Сегодня в моем меню: - 100 гр нежирной сметаны 15-20 процентов и 200 гр ягод или фруктов
- 200гр обезжиренного творога, 30 гр меда
- 200 гр говядины или курицы , 50 гр бурого или дикого риса
- 200 гр рыбы нежирной, 100-200 гр овощного салата с столовой ложкой льняного масла
- 200 гр ягод, голубика,черника, малина или клубника
