This is the heaviest deadlift I’ve pulled since dropping 10kg and not training for around 3 months.
The first video my second lift I lost my centre and didn’t get it up. This annoyed me so much! But I didn’t give up!
Second video I managed to get two which was the goal! I’m glad that I didn’t lose my mojo after completely ruining my first attempt. The second rep is a slightly sloppy lift as I did bounce it off my legs a touch. However I see this as a massive achievement after dropping weight and not lifting for time! 💪🏼💪🏼
