So 95% of my life is focused on living with endometriosis. Yes I go to work or spend time with my family/friends and am fully present, but every action from what I wear, what I eat, what kind of bag I carry, how long I'm gone, everything is done with the thought of "How will this effect my body?" At home, I don't have to think, I can just act and react. I have food I can eat without worry. Pain reducing herbs are on hand. If I start swelling, I can immediately rest. One day I will have the rest of my life in a similar pattern.
It's a learning process because this is the first time I'm treating my condition without hormones/birth control. It's all diet, exercise, lifestyle.
My Simply Tice Life blog and social accounts will all be transitioning to my new normal - living my endo life and helping others adjust to their new normal as well. We may have a disease with no known cure, but it doesn't mean we have to stop living.
