🥜Peanut Butter Cookie Snack Balls!
🍪These balls will be in my snack box for this week - perfect to transport to both work & @sisteract_akl2017 final rehearsals!
🥄Mix the following together with your hands until you form a cookie dough: 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup protein (optional), 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, 6 tbsp @picspeanut butter, 4 tbsp liquid of choice (if you use protein you will need to slowly add more). Then just shape into balls & store in the fridge. Recipe makes roughly 10-12 balls! 🏀 #energyballs #wellnesscoach #foodonthego #healthysnacks
