Day 12 of the #DenverFitmas Challenge! Today's host, @mybbp has been getting people to reach their fitness goals for 18 years and they have got a killer set for you today! There is equipment in the video, but since we are at day 12, we thought you could handle making this your own! Let's see your creativity on how to interpret this workout with equipment or "non equipment "

1) Kettlebell split lunge press (4-5 sets, 10 reps) - Other equipment options: dumbells or no weight
2) 5 barbell row, 5 straight leg deadlift, 5 row, 5 deadlift (4 sets, 20 reps total) - Other equipment options: dumbells or no weight
3) Tabata style: heavy farmers carry 20 sec, 10 sec rest, speed bag punches 20 sec (12 rounds) - Other equipment options: Find something to carry, speed bag punch in the air
4a) Seal (plank) walk fwd and back x8 in each direction
4b) Lateral (table top) crawl x8 each direction
4c) Push-up slide out's x4 (3 sets) Other equipment options: Use dry swiffer sheets or paper plate or just do reagular push-ups .
