Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ Poppy Cock
8 cups of Non GMO Popcorn ๐Ÿฟ
3 cups of nuts of choice (I used organic cashews)
1/2 cup organic brown rice syrup
1 cup of grass fed butter
1 1/4 cups of coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp soda
1. Place everything but the tartar, soda and vanilla in a pot. Boil on lowish for about 4 min- stirring constantly.
2. Add tartar and vanilla and stir.
3. Shut off and add soda - stir lots
4. Pour over your popcorn and stir big time
5. Once all is coated - lay on a cookie sheet. Helps to coconut oil your hands. Freeze for 15 min. ***watch for kernels***

1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 ripe and smashed Avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘
1 tsp of vanilla
2/3 cup of organic plain Greek yogurt (easily subbed for Amande or Soy Yoghurt)
1 cup of almond or soy milk
1/2 cup of tahini
-----------
2 cups of sprouted organic flour
1/2 cup of raw dark cacao
1 tbs of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 cup of coconut sugar
1. Mix all your wet
2. Mix all your dry and combine with wet.
3. Place into a preheated oven at 425 (in muffins tins obviously ) for 7 min. This is the trick for fluffy muffins.
4. Turn heat down to 350 for another 10-12 min.
5. Done when you can pull a clean tooth pick from the centre.
6. Try not to eat them all - and let your kids lick the bowl!!! ๐Ÿ“ŒHigh source of fibre and Alpha Linolenic Acid (AKA omega 3's) from the Avcocado ๐Ÿ“ŒLow sugar via the use of Coconut Sugar

Hearty Beef Quinoa Soup
1 lb Grass fed ground beef
1 tbs avocado oil
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbs braggs soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
------------
2 large carrot ๐Ÿฅ• chopped
2 celery sticks chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 cups of chopped mushroom ๐Ÿ„
1/4 cup parsley minced
1 cup of kale minced
1 tbs of Turmeric
1/2 tbs of Thyme
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of Onion powder
----------------
3 organic veggie oxo (mushroom preferred) and lower sodium)
6 cups of water
1/4 cup of wild rice
1/4 cup of quinoa
1. Brown your hamburger in a pan with your fresh garlic, salt, pepper, braggs and ACV. Remove
2. Take your carrot, celery, onions, mushrooms, and parsley with spices and cook in the same pan with the avocado oil for 3 min. (Leaving the kale for last). 3. Add your beef
4. Add your oxo mixed in warm water
5. Stir in your rice and quinoa.
6. Let simmer for at least 1.5 - hrs. Add kale for the last 45 min.
Hint: if you like a chunky soup ๐Ÿœ - add an extra 1/4 cup of each rice and quinoa.
