The pic on the left popped up as a FB memory yesterday and it helped me see how far I've come. Difference is four-ish years. Consistency with training and eating the whole time, and intelligent training protocols. Things that get overlooked by many people, but are truly important if you're looking to change your physique: 💪 mind to muscle connection - if you don't know how to activate the target muscle, it's probably not working optimally 💪 exercise order - there are pros and cons to how you lay out your sessions and the order you use different exercises 💪 time under tension - don't just throw the weight around as you're more likely to get injured and not work the muscle fully 💪 training split - stop training the same body part constantly, it needs rest to recover and grow
