OAP + OAP + Hefesto +12 kg😁💪🔥After I trained OAMU +10kg and the whole set, I usually continued practicing just OAP and Hefesto together with more weight 😁 OAP are very easy, I can do this whole set with more, but it's really tiring on your mind. This is because this weighted sets destroy your grip strength very fast, that's why they are hard to manage (especially this combo, OAP+ Hefesto)...As you can see the gym was almost empty, that's because the calisthenics class was over. While it is pretty ridiculous, this fear is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT rational. You're watching a girl who once broke her foot jumping from a height of two FEET. 24 inches. 60 centimeters. A girl who once sliced her neck on pool lane ropes because she lost her balance while STANDING STILL on the diving board. If there's anyone who could find a way to die from 5 feet off the ground, it's me. BUT I DID IT. ALL IT TOOK WAS PANTS. Also @zenoericucho is the most patient person I've ever known.
