I'm proud of dat swamp ass. dat was *before* my current 20 mins on the stair stepper as I type this💦 I had such a good leg workout tonight; I felt super focused and that's something I've been struggling with recently. I finally feel my excitement for the gym coming back and I couldn't be happier🤗💗 I made up a lil circuit tonight that I really wanna show you guys but I didn't have anyone to film it...so my priority tomorrow is to make sure I get that for y'all😍🍑 happy thursday peeps😎
