The typical convo when someone is looking to build muscle... Beginner: What kind of protein do you take?
Me: Do you mean daily or the suppliemtn Protein?
Beginner: Yea like the protein powder
Me:I stick to just eating the correct amount of protein through the day.
Beginner: I drink 3 shakes a day is that enough?
Me: If thats what floats your boat! Curious how many days a week do you hit the gym?
Beginner: I just go twice a week maybe less.
Me: Focus on being consistent in the gym. Forget the protein powder!
