There's an international charity game, called "wOMen biceps challenge 2018".
The game is a totally fund-raising in the fight against breast cancer.
You have 180 seconds to lift a barbell, with the strenght of your biceps, as many times as you can (standing curl).
The competitor can stop as often as they need, but seconds continues to flow.
You can choose the weight of your barbell (we suggest 20lbs, but you choose 40lbs, more...)
The ranking is obtained by multiplying the weight of the barfbell lifted, for the number of your correct repetitions.
Who is the Overall Miss Biceps of 2018?
To participate you just need to send a Video of your challenge... so this is a global challenge, because every women can participate from all over the world!
Game is just started and ends in november 18th.
