I’m flirting with 150 on the scale.... let me be the first to admit that my head can’t wrap itself around the fact that I haven’t tipped the scale with that weight in five years!!!! I start to hate myself, I cry, I call myself a fat ass, I throw fits and want to spend all day doing cardio. Then a deep ass voice of reason bellows through my brain and reminds me I’m still a comfortable size 5-6, My body fat isn’t where it was five years ago and that I need to TRUST THE FKN PROCESS! I swear I’m ready for this stage to be over so I can happily and comfortably be at my body goal. Feb 2015 I decided I was tired of hating my reflection so I got to work. Here we are 3 years later and I love what I see.
Surprising fact is i have remained the same weight throughout this whole journey but the change is there! Muscle weighs more than fat ! 💪

Weighing is a metric that I personally love to obsess over when dieting, however it's not accurate to use when changing your body composition. From Dec 31st to Jan 31st I lost 4.6 pounds and (drumroll) 10.75 inches!!!! Almost 3 inches just from my waist and 2.5 from my hips. That's a full pant size people!! Most of this has happened since starting 21 day fix, and my ultimate goal is to do 3 21 day rounds, get married, go on our honeymoon and come back and start the 80 day obsession. Do you feel you gain weight easily? You have put in all the hard work and get frustrated with weight gain when you take a break or go on a vacation or get stressed with a packed schedule. Chances are you achieved the weight loss with cardio, minimal strength training and an extreme fad, unsustainable diet.
