The most frequent question I get asked is what the best supplement is that will make you grow. Answer is simple, food!

Tracking what goes in your body is your sure way of progressing there is no doubt about it. Wether you are bulking or losing fat it all comes down to numbers at the very end of the day.
.
Please note I did not do this increase in calories over night! I slowly worked my way up 200 calories every 2 weeks. It will significantly lower the amount of fat you will put on.

Trying my best but bulking is harder than I thought because I don’t eat regularly when I‘m stressed AND I‘m always stressed when I have to prepare for my exams .. it will get easier next week when I‘m home again because holidays are coming so I can eat a lot of foood made by mama😍🙈 (cuz persian food is the best food you can eat while bulking 😂)

Sometimes all you need is to take a timeout. Breathe. Put your feet in the sand. Let the waves wash over you. Enjoy lying on the grass looking up at the birds in the trees and have puppies come over and bite your ear. They're the things that matter. .

Nearly lost all the cookies, Which is why it looks like I'm "kissing" them. I'm actually about to say "woah" because they were about to slide off of the platter! Hahah --
Maybe I don't feel amazing about all this MG stuff...
Without failure everyone I've met.. with MG, their caretakers, those that support the cause and work hard to help spread awareness of it..
I realize how blessed I am to have these people in my life.
I really have no idea how I'd think or feel about this if I Never had the chance to know these people and have them to learn from and talk to.
A friend I made at the MG Walk a few months back, has been advocating for MG since he lost his mom to it.
He came to the support meeting yesterday and afterward, handed me this big ol [delicious] plate of cookies!
