Biceps blast in the #IronParadise .. my face says it all😆 (swipe left)
Workout of the day:
1. Biceps Curl Machine
2. Seated Curls - Hammer & Rotating - 1/2 rep only (Video above)
3. Incline Dumbbell Curls
4. Cable 21's with a straight bar
I do 3 sets of 20,18,15, & the 4th set is always a drop set: e.g: 4,6,8 reps - intensity for density🔑 I add these next to training Chest or Shoulders and usually superset them with the larger muscle. Try it yourself!🤙
