💭I’m sure you’ve been in the position of wanting to eat healthy & make progress in the gym but were in the mindset that it was too expensive and you couldn’t afford it. Maybe you’re still in that mindset now. But it’s easier than you might think.

✅So the purpose of this post? To show you that can eat quality foods & easily get into a caloric surplus without breaking the bank.

🍳First off, absolutely stock up on the above foods. They are all pretty cheap, have a solid shelf life and give you all the nutrients you need when trying to gain muscle. Opt for the less popular brand names and you’ll make it even cheaper for yourself.

👀Look for the sales, think smart, and even buy cheaper stuff and freeze it.

😁Protein powder isn’t a must, and you might think it’s expensive. But it really isn’t when you break it down and compare it to having to buy a ridiculous amount of whole food protein sources all the time. It will serve you well over the long term & work out cheaper.

🏋️‍♀️Anyway I hope this helps some of you. Eating for muscle gain doesn’t have to be expensive. Just keep your grocery list simple, stock up on the good stuff and you’ll be well on your way to landing a starring role in Pumping Iron 3.

Started eat beef and eating a good bit these days. At least 4-5 times a week. Sometimes twice a day. Feel way better. Healthier and stronger.
What actually is bad in beef? Nutrients combination are probably The Best from all foods.
Cholesterol? Is it actually real thing? Or just another bullshit we were told for so many years?
Same as eggs yolks are bad 🙈😁
If you are healthy - you should consider to add beef into your daily food intake.

If you’re anything like I was, you find it nearly impossible to gain weight and build muscle. You’re eating everything in sight, hitting the gym 7 days per week, knocking back protein shakes like they’re going out of style, and training in the 8-12 rep range ONLY. And although this half-assed approach could put some size on you, it’s just not idea… and quite frankly, you’re doing too much!

If you want to put inches on your chest and arms and NOT your waistline, then there are only a handful of things that have to happen.

1. Caloric Surplus: You, my friend, do not defy the laws of thermodynamics. If you’re not gaining weight, you’re simply not eating enough on a consistent basis.

2. Proper Protein Intake: I don’t care how much you eat, if you do not have enough bricks (protein) available, you’ll never build the house (muscle)!
_
3. Build Your Body, Not Your Arms: Focus on the big heavy compound lifts that are going to add overall size… stop trying to bring up weak points, you’re a beginner and your entire body is a weak point.
_
4. Train for Strength: If you want to get bigger, you’ve got to get better. Go into the gym each day with the goal of doing a little more work than you did the last time. As long as you can continue to increase the load (add reps without sacrificing weight or add weight without sacrificing reps) then your body will have no choice but to adapt and grow.

Today's Pre-Workout Protein Bar and a New one for me! Really, Really Good 👌🏼 ⭐️ None of your usual chewy texture or hint of aesthetic flavouring just tastes like a really good chocolate bar! Texture in amazing, definitely as crunchy as the package claims and flavour is on point! Aber es sind ja auch paar neu dazugekommen, die mir jetzt folgen u die das Rezept vielleicht noch nicht kennen🤗Danke übrigens für jedes einzelne Abo😍 Am allerliebsten mach ich den Fladen mit dem Low Carb Thunfisch Pizzateig. Es schmeckt einfach genial u lässt sich super vorbereiten. Den Teig hab ich nämlich gestern Abend schon gebacken😉
Thunfischpizzateig:
📍1 Dose Thunfisch (ausgedrückt)
📍100 gr körniger Frischkäse
📍10 gr Dinkelkleie
📍10 gr ger. Parmesan (geht auch ohne)
📍1-2 Eier ( oder 1 Ei+ 1 Eiklar)▶ alles mit der Gabel vermischen, auf ein Backpapier geben u dann bei 200° 30 min backen

Für die Mischung:
📌100 gr Zucchini 3 min in der Mikro garen u dann pürieren 📌40 gr Exquisa Frischkäse Fitline 0,2% unterrühren
📌50 gr Schinkenwürfel mager dazugeben 📌Lauchzwiebelringe
Heute habe ich noch Parmesan darüber gestreut.
Nochmal 10 min in den Backofen
Insgesamt hatte diese Proteinbombe diese Werte:
400 kcal/8,92 Fett/11,36 KH/66,16 Eiweiß 👌🏼

As an athlete you should be aiming for around 5 protein feeds a day adding up to fulfil your individual protein requirement. Any additional protein (in the form of whey) on top of this will provide little to no additional benefit.

Ideally each feed would come in food form, however, we do not live in an ideal world and it is not always practical or possible to have food ready waiting following a heavy session.

300g Quark
30g Grieß
50g Mehl
Süße (Süßstoff, FlavDrops usw.)
Den Quark mit der Süße glatt rühren. Dann die trockenen Zutaten dazugeben und zu einem (sehr) klebrigen Teig verrühren. Den Teig in eine Backform füllen.
Bei 150°C ca. 40 min. backen.
