Hey yall! It's time for Sunday Meal Prep again!! Stuffed Bell Peppers, Healthy Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, and Chicken Sausage Peppers and Onions, and Low Carb Burrito Bowls all from Organize Yourself Skinny! (Can you tell how much I love Tammy's recipes? 😂❤)
This week is a little different in a couple of things. First off, I am actually doing 2 days of meal prep and this one is just the first! I am doing extra meal prep this weekend in preparation for my next few weekends being super busy.
Second....I have decided that my blog will be going on a hiatus for the next few months, basically until the end of the year. This is mostly due to my efforts to grow my business and how much time it's currently taking. .
With the holidays fast approaching, I'm doing a lot of in-person markets selling my jewelry. Some weeks as many as 4 days of markets! Between that, actually making the jewelry, working at my "pay the bills" job, and working at the YMCA, I just don't have the time available to work on my blog.
My hope is that next year I won't be doing the "pay the bills" job and will have more time to devote to the blog and to my business! (Want to check out my work? You can see it over at @nymphinthewood )
