There are many other exercises, so if you have any of your own feel free to write them in the comments below 👇 . . 1️⃣Conventional squats, deadlifts and RDL's are of course great exercises but when you adopt a sumo stance, they hit your glutes (and hamstrings) in a whole different way 🙊 . . 2️⃣Hip thrusts can be done in so many ways and all of them are brilliant. Make sure you can squeeze your glutes properly in a bodyweight bridge on the floor before you advance. Don't go heavy if you can't feel it properly in your 🍑 . . 3️⃣Lateral exercises are often forgotten about, but you will feel the other muscles of your glutes (medius and minimus) working, as well as challenging yourself in different planes of motion 👊 . . 4️⃣Cables and machines have endless possibilities.
