1) gently rub aromatouch massage blend onto feet & calves at bedtime. Mix with a couple drops carrier oil for easy application
2) deep blue soothing oil & rub eases muscles aches. Also try marjoram
3) add 5 drops geranium, 10 lavender & 2 cypress with epsom salts for a warm foot soak
4) bone nutrient complex can help by adding vitamins c, d, calcium & magnesium - it has worked great for me to add this to my pre-natal routine .
