Sports Endurance and Carbo-Loading

Carbo-loading is the process of maximising glucose storage in the form of Glycogen to be later released as glucose (for energy production) when the normal sources of blood sugar have depleted.

For sports endurance, it requires a constant supply of glucose which never runs out.

I don't agree that orally taken Magnesium is the best and most bioavailable way to reach the cells.
