Here are some of my fave glute exercises which just happen to be all in one video🙌🏽 These exercises focus on #activation,#stretching the 🍑 muscles and #strengthening different booty muscles to develop that round look 👀
Exercise 1: Two sets of 10 each leg
Exercise 2: you can add weights or simply activate your glutes with body weight like I did in the last rep. I did 3 sets of 10, 2 with weights and 1 without
Exercise 3: Grab 5-10 lbs weight and use leg to extend in perpendicular motion
Exercise 4: jumping squats with weights. For easier version don't add weights but for both do as many as you can!
Exercise 5: 1 set= 3 different kinds of Donkey Kicks. I did 3 sets of these.
