Try adding these exercises to your training and you'll improve your posture, back strength, prevent shoulder injuries and improve the back muscles activation during moves like deadlifts, bent over rows or maybe you're like me and love martial arts??? These exercise help prevent the upper back from over flexing and prevent rotator cuff injuries from hooks, elbow strikes and various grappling movements. Or maybe you just want better posture because you chase Pokemon!? Lol 😂...

Aim to do sets of 15-20 reps and don't push to failure. This will ensure that you're improving posture and muscle activation. Tempo should include a little pause at the top to allow your shoulder blades to squeeze together promoting the healthy back posture.

Opnieuw een fantastische opleiding afgerond. Deze ging over het corrigeren scheve wervels/bekkenscheefstand/beenlengteverschil/... Met name de Dorn & Breuss methode gecombineerd met Shiatsu(Chinese geneeskunde) technieken. Ik sta te popelen om ze te gaan gebruiken bij men klanten. De resultaten die ik al gezien heb tijdens de opleiding waren zeer indrukwekkend en pijnloos😉 Loop je rond met vervelende schouder/rug/nek of andere klachten die blijven aanhouden.
