سرشانه مياني و جلويي چكشي نشسته💪🏾😃 نكته: به روبه رو نگاه كنيد و در تمام طول انجام حركت بايد به پشت تكيه داده و قسمت كتفتان از پشتي صندلي جدا نكنيد. آرنج را كمي خم كنيد و با دستان كاملا باز حرکت را انجام ندهيد چون ممكن است باعث آسيب مفصل آرنج شود.
اين تمرين را من در چهار ست پانزده تا بيستايي انجام مي دهم. كلا تعداد زير پانزده تا در هيچ برنامه تمريني ندارم.
لازم نيست خيلي بيش از حد سنگين و با خطر آسيب ديدگي بالا تمرين كنيد مي توانيد با تعداد و مكث در انجام حركت گردش خون، فشار و دامنه حركتي را بالا ببريد.
