Choc-Chip Chocolate muffins by @healthyfrenchwife 💛
1 ½ cup of whole-wheat flour
½ cup of cacao
2 /3 cup of nut milk
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
½ cup of coconut sugar
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
½ tsp of sea salt
½ cup of vegan dairyfree chocolate chips
1. Preheat your oven at 175 degrees Celsius
2. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and pour into muffin cases in a muffin tray.
3. Top each muffin with a few extra chocolate chips.
4. Cook at 175 for 15 minutes.
