Real life isn’t always going to be perfect or go our way, but the recurring acknowledgement of what is working in our lives can help us not only to survive but surmount our difficulties. On this note, with a heart enraptured with overflowing thankfulness, I give glory to God from whom every good and perfect gift comes, and from whom and through whom all things exist and have their being. I'm most grateful to my irreplaceable family members, family friends and well wishers for the invaluable support offered to me during my sojourn at the University of Benin and in the successful completion of this research project.
I also appreciate my project supervisor, Dr. Wilfred Oyegun, whose gentleness in tutelage and patience in scrutiny has led to the success of this work.
I likewise acknowledge the indelible impact of Dr. Oboh whose teaching methods are capable of endearing the dullest student to yearn and crave for knowledge.
I also acknowledge the contribution of all the lecturers who taught me in the whole of my stay in the department. The likes of Dr, Ambrose Uchenunu (H.O.D), Prof. J.A. Sambe, Dr. (Mrs.) C. E. Obaje, Dr. Ben Nwanne, Dr. Festus Olise, Dr. Daniel Ekhareafo, Dr. Osa Edorodion, Mr. Sunday Ekerikevwe, Mr. Chukwunonso Nnabuife and (Mrs.) Godslove Adagbonyin. Thank you all for the knowledge you all imparted on me both in learning and in character during my sojourn at the University of Benin, Benin City.
