🤗Some clips from my day 1 of the second PL program week. I work especially hard on my squat technique (not the best shoes for stability, but still great front squat 4th set of 150lbs) even after years of training there's room for work and improvement, this program makes my muscle-mind connection evolve and take to another level, which is necessary for growth, faster neurological adaptations and injury-free future training sessions.
Whatever level you are, it's important to make effort to become better in some way or another. The more you challenge your brain, the sharper and faster you become in everything in your life.

Here's my simple recipe to a simple "cheesecake", "lemon meringue" like Adam said, mousse, etc! How you wanna call it😁🤗 low calorie, sugar free and very low fat cake ☕️🙏🏼🍰🍮
📍INGREDIENTS
For a small one, about 7-8' which will give you 6 good size pieces 😂you'll need:
🔸500g fat free cottage cheese (dry) 🧀 🔸60ml egg whites (or 2 egg whites) 🥚
🔸30g of dry oats (you can put less probably, it's really not a big deal) 🍚
🔸1 big pear (or any fruit you like, a cup of berries for example) 🍌
🔸real lemon juice (I almost never cook with a pre maid one, the taste is a lot different) 🍋 🔸1 tsp of chia seeds (you can skip this one, but I liked it in the "crust" for extra crunch) 🍥
🔸1.5 scoop of protein (it can be 2-3 different flavours close to each other, like vanilla and a peanut butter marshmallow, both mild, I used @cellucor , it blends and cooks perfectly) 🥛
🔸stevia and salt if desired🍯
🔸2 servings of Knox gelatine (agar agar will work too for sure, but will start solidify at room temperature almost, so work quick)🍮
🔸coconut oil spray to cook your "crust" and "caramelize" your pear 🍐 🔸peanut butter 5g if desired

📍STEPS:
1. You blend oats into flour, mix in egg whites and about 1/3 scoop of protein, add chia and salt and cook it like your protein pancake on a pan for couple mins each side. It will be your "crust" 😂 Now, I allowed chia to thicken the dough, so it's not too liquid and I made a perfect circle of 7-8 inches, just like the pot I'm gonna put my layers into. Once cooked, allow it to cool a bit.
Take a pot, put the plastic wrap in it, so you can remove it easily. Put the crust on the bottom.
2. Blend the 470g of cheese with a scoop of protein and stevia. It should be a very dense creamy texture, like sour cream. Add 20ml of water at a time if needed, because blenders are different and it might need a bit of moisture to mix. You don't want it to be watery either, you want a creamy texture. In another bowl, prepare gelatine (1 packet + a bit of hot water to fully dissolve gelatine and combine slowly the cheese mix into it. Pour it in the pot and put in the freezer.
