WEEK 7 OF 8! -------------------------------------------------------- - Building a strong core doesn't have to be a battle. If you have been following this 8 week challenge up to now you will realize how little equipment and how progressive the exercises are.⠀

If you haven't gotten around to seeing the previous weeks, stop now and head back there as they tie in to what we are doing this week. ⠀

➡️Exercise 1: Elastic Circles have been a staple in my programs for many years and have done some great things for my athletes. This things to pay attention to is the engagement of the hips as well as the core. ⠀
- ⠀
➡️Exercise 2: Elastic Sword Chop are not as easy as they seem so don't let this one fool you. Same as above, keep the core tight and hips engaged by trying to gently push the feet away from each other. Don't bring the hands much higher than your forehead at the start. ⠀
- ⠀
➡️Exercise 3: Stability Ball Stir Pot has been a fan favorite of none of my clients. This one, if done slowly and under control as shown above will definitely challenge the core and the shoulders.⠀
