Flowmotion: experience your capacity to move on a whole new level.
FloMo is a combination of movement drills and locomotion patterns to improve your mobility. This practice is inspired by yoga, dance, and martial arts. Flowmotion is designed to increase your range of motion, body control, and joint durability. All levels are welcome! Private sessions are available by request.
