Deadlift Day 😃
Rocking my new Deadlifts till I die tank by @girlswhopowerlift and my lightning bolt @moxysocks 😍😍😍 This sessions workout included:
1x1 185, 1x AMRAP @ 185lbs. I got in 13 😁🤘 ( shown sped up 2x in vid) super pumped about that. Although I made a newb mistake and forgot to chalk my hands before so I might have gotten more if it weren't for my girly grip haha
Definitely trying to focus on packing my lats every lift, squeezing those glutes in the lockout and really breathing with the movement to maximize my tightness during the lift.
In other news. I taught my first Strength and Conditioning class with Action Conditioning and it went well! ❤ definitely proud that I am going for my goal of becoming a personal trainer. A few months ago it was just a dream and now it's becoming a reality. Now to go home and study, study, study 📖
And EAT! .
