mental fitness is what i aim for. i don't want a 6 pack, i just want to successfully discipline myself into making the right choices for myself - that which makes me feel whole and striving. i've unfortunately been out of the gym for several months due to a neck and shoulder injury, but the past few days i've been laying some roots. all cardio and body weights, no more dumbbells or barbells for a while, and i like that. i wake up and feel optimistic. i've gained 8 lbs of fat but i haven't been down on my body. i like that. .
