A fantastic bouquet of short films based on the theme ‘Shor’(noise). Noise that is a torture to city dwellers, aptly called noise pollution, can be soothing to a prisoner isolated in a cell waiting to be hanged.
Each of the short films portray ‘noise’ in its uniqueness, and that every reality begins with a ‘shor’, hence Shor se Shuruaat (2016).
The set of actors in the films are undoubtedly the best Indian Cinema has, but what is even more commendable are the young fresh directors. Mentored by big ONES like Shyam Benegal, Mira Nair, Sriram Raghavan, Nagesh Kukunoor, Imtiaz Ali, Zoya Akhtar and Homi Adajania, the movie is a proof of the fresh intelligent creative talent that we have in our country for movie making.
My Amazon Prime account does make a lot of sense.
