Where do you fall on the spectrum? Beginner, meaning you’re just starting out. Intermediate, meaning you’ve got 6-12 months of consistent work in the gym. And advanced, meaning you’re the king slayer on the fitness floor .

Wherever you fall on the list, you need to understand the type of workouts you should be doing to maximize your muscle. A beginner should be focusing on full body routines to build up his/her compound lifts. Once you’re feeling more confident with your compound movements, you can start to split your routines into upper and lower body .

See a lot of guys think Monday’s need to be chest day and you need 20 sets to get your chest to grow. This is WRONG. You’ll be fine with cutting that in half. And by not doing as many sets, you can add in shoulders and triceps too. Focus on the big compound moves, focus on getting stronger, and aim to hit every muscle group 2X a week .

Once someone can master making the easy very hard they need to also learn the make the easy easy and the hard easy. Learning to conserve energy and shift awareness to more external variables. •

Of all the parts of your body to worry about, your ankles are probably low on the list. Tight hamstrings, back pain and other issues typically take precedence. .
It's time to change your mindset. Poor ankle mobility—specifically in dorsiflexion, the ability to bring your foot toward your shin—can cause exercise form errors and increase your risk of injury when playing your sport. .
To understand the importance of ankle mobility, we need to take a step back and look at the body joint-by-joint. .
From the ground up, at a basic level, the body is an alternating stack of stable and mobile joints. .
Lowest to the ground are the ankle joints (mobile), followed by the knee joints(stable), followed by the hips (mobile), then the lower back (stable) and so on. .
Limited ankle mobility directly affects how well the other joints function.

I believe our flag stands for, and represents a set of core values, and rights of the American people, which includes our right to peacefully protest. Colin Kaepernick was unhappy with the way he saw people, specifically minorities, in his country being treated and wanted to peacefully, respectfully protest what he saw the flag was representing. Colin met with retired military veterans who suggested kneeling during the singing of our national anthem, as a sign of respect while he protests, as opposed to sitting on the bench. When a franchise decides to ban your right to peacefully protest, they are attempting to ban your right as an American citizen so that they can make money. This action is incredibly disrespectful to America, those players and teams, to the flag of these United States, and more importantly to me, the men and women who fought and died for our rights.
