Post climb push work! .
Here's a fun drill @danielspencer__ showed me working on lateral single arm push strength. It's pretty simple, he points to a spot and I do a single arm push-up from that spot focusing on keeping my arm to the side as opposed to a normal push-up position.
This a great drill to help develop strength for the QDR along with other arm balances and crawl patterns! .
