We aren’t doing ourselves a favor by ignoring isometrics in everyday programming. They are incredibly effective when applied correctly. All programming, from performance to rehabilitation, should implement and address isometrics of various type and load.

Movement is life; it allows us to interact with our environment and experience the world around us. Build resiliency through strength and continually test the limits of your body. We cannot be complacent with movement, or we will quickly lose the capacity to perform.

Funny story from a client of mine yesterday. He decides he wants to test a 1RM deadlift because he hadn't done so in a while. Works up to his old max, is satisfied, and nervous to go any heavier. Later he finds out his math was incorrect and he actually did an additional 30 lbs!! My point being you can out perform your views of reality! Just give yourself a shot!

Your body is one system, treat and train it that way. The brain doesn’t disassociate your hip from your shoulder, or your ankle from your low back. We are not multiple systems, we are only one. The brain, the nervous system, the gut, the lymphatic system, the musculoskeletal system, everything... it is all one unit. That unit is designed to function interdependently to ultimately produce actions and movements. Treat and train accordingly.

Zur Zeit entwickeln wir spezielle Trainingsplanung und Übungskombinationen für Männer über 35 Jahren. Aufgrund der geringeren Regenerationsfähigkeit, schwindender Schnellkraftfähigkeit und weiteren entscheidenden Unterschieden zu jungen Sportlern, muss für ältere Menschen das Training etwas anders konzipiert werden.
Natürlich entwickeln wir auch spezielles Kindertraining und spezifisches Training für Frauen.
