Breakfast is one of my favorite meals. We had some left over roasted veggies from our dinner so this am I made a scramble omelet. Over top a salad with some avocado, fresh squeezed lemon juice and drizzled some olive oil. Having a savory type of breakfast helps reduce the in take of added sugar some processed breakfast has. A great way to give yourself daily liver support ❤. Is having a green veggie juice first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. When we get up and load our liver with caffeine this causes an lover load on the liver. NOT good. Bitter greens are great for the liver plus this will also nourish and feed our cells as we hydrating our body.
