I bet almost all motorsport riders have heard the term 'flow on the bike/quad/snowmobile'. But what does it really mean? I've discussed this with a bunch of athletes, and they all agree:
1) Being able to balance on that fine line between risk and safety.
2) Being in full control of your bike, the track beneath you and your body.
3) Move freely, without physical pain or effort on your bike.
However, very few motorsport athletes try to increase their flexibility/mobility/range of motion in their physical training. But how do you expect to move freely on your bike, if you can't even move freely without your bike?? Therefore, I'll publish some essential mobility exercises the upcoming days - all race specific, as usual 🏁
