Last Sunday, we saw many females turning up at Throttle Shrottle, eager to learn how to ride a bike. The educative workshop intended to give hands-on experience to these dynamic females, was a happy convergence of mentors and learners. The ladies were first given the know how on stationary Royal Enfield bikes about the basics of operating clutch, gear and brakes, and how they work in cohesion. After the learning on stationary bikes was over, the ladies were geared up and set to roll in the watchful eyes of their mentors. And once the initial momentary hesitation was gone, these keen learners could be seen thumping confidently on the road.
Also got to experience the GMA seat on the Gunmetal Classic of Royal Enfield which boasts proudly of being a very comfortable seat to ride on because of its low seat, 3D netting which gives a well cushioned comfortable seating posture, and water resistant fabric as well as seams which prevent the rain from seeping in. What probably stood out, was the crashguards fabricated from 32mm stainless steel tubes which are corrosion resistant, sturdy and enhance the bikes appearance, besides giving the bike and rider the much needed protection. Its good to see @royalenfield bringing out innovations in accessories for the RE enthusiasts.
Now thats what i call a day well spent !
