You have all seen the hamstring curl.
Here is a variation to add some more intensity to it. Instead of having your feet on a single surface, place each foot on a single cloth or furniture slider. This will make each leg work harder, and one will not compensate for other's weakness.
Adding an yoga block will also make your inner thigh work, too. Give this one a try.
