Me from a size 20 to an 8, he from a size 35 to a 31. 135lbs total! It’s pretty tough to get my hubby @starsonmyarm to participate in my Instagram photoshoots 🤷🏼‍♀️ but he was game after seeing how huge his old pants were.
We’ve been together for going on 18 years - since we were teenagers. We grew up together and we learned everything side by side. How to cook, how to budget, how to live with someone, how to build a rock solid relationship, how to build a family, and how to support someone you love through ANYTHING.
I was 16 when we met. I was thin/average and had a lot of baggage and emotional issues but he loved me and he casually encouraged me to work through things. In our 20’s I ate to hide my pain and gained 100+ lbs. He gently encouraged me to be more active with him and continued to tell me I was “hot”. When we talked about having children he told me I’d make an amazing mother and he suggested we work towards our best selves before taking the next step. When I started running, he started with me. When I cut out carbs, he cut them out too. When I celebrate hitting my goals, he’s my biggest fan. All the while he’s hitting goals of his own and doesn’t ask for an ounce of recognition.
I don’t think I could possibly have gotten to where I am without his support, influence and encouragement. If you’ve got that person too, don’t be afraid to lean on them. If you can be that person for someone, do it. Wherever you are in your journey today just keep moving. Focus on the small changes and the next goal. You WILL get there and you won’t regret any of it. Quadriceps et ischio en superset les jambes se sont remplis très vite, la fatigue est arrivé aussi vite.
Et pour finir 30 min de vélo histoire de terminer sur un bond point.

Je déteste porter ces mitaines, (ça fait la meuf qui fait genre 💁‍♀️) mais pendant les séances haut du corps, c’est vraiment confortable, et ça permet de bien tenir les poids. Et ça évite la corne aux mains (sexy💅)

@problendnutrition shout out for the great tasting protein, really tastes phenomenonal. Especially the strawberry, about time someone did strawberry right. I just want to say if you haven't tried problend you're missing out. Delicious and not too expensive. For anyone who is concerned with the carbs and fats in proteinblend's protein let me say this. The very low amounts of carbs and fat you're going to be taking in by choosing problend is going to have zero impact on your body, and it may even help you. I mean just look where the fats coming from, MCTs, which I could go on an on about with the benefits of MCTs but I wanna keep this short. What I thought was great with this protein is that you're getting the best of every world. I always read nutrition labels first and try not to get wrapped up in the fancy advertising. I was shocked to see whey, egg, and casein in this protein powder. Why is that important? Because your body is getting both a fast burning protein from the whey and egg and a slow burning protein from the casein. Basically your muscles will be fueled for hours as long as you took the correct amount. I'd say out of every protein powder and mass gainer out there that I've tried (which is many), I'd want two scoops of this before every workout. One minor thing I'd suggest is making a blend with creatine for those who want a little bit more size, but I guess I can use mine for now.
