Is there any other month of the year that drives us crazier? Shopping🛍, traveling✈️, cooking🍳, wrapping up those presents🎁- and how about all those holiday parties you promised you’d go to?!🎉🎉🎉 Here are my three R’s to stay sane, stay grounded, and centered during this time of the year:
1. Reflection- This is the best time to ask yourself raw questions and understand what direction you want to take moving forward. 🧐😌How did you do this past year? Are you satisfied? What can you do better?🙏🏼 2. Relaxation- After you complete your reflection step above, you take a few moments to process the answers, sit still, and relax your mind🧠☀️, so you get clarity and guidance on where to go, and what to do.🙌🏼 3. 💖Realize and Recognize all the blessings in your life- Your friends and family, how much abundance you have, and be grateful that you get to celebrate all these joyous holidays.❤️❤️❤️
