Felt good today to be in workout clothes again! 💪🏼 even if it was just for a "power-walk" #momstatus Ready to be back in the gym, but right now focusing on eating healthy and walking (c section recovery is no fun) getting back to my pre-baby weight 💙 30 down.. 5 to go!! #motivatedmommy
The size difference between these 2 photos are crazy. Left 165-170 LBS (36weeks pregnant) Right 130 LBS (taken 4 days ago). The amount of weight dropped is nuts. Starting next week I can finally start my yoga and keep it going 👌#motivatedmommy 😍

Always be willing to try because you never know how great it might be or how much you can accomplish.Great accomplishments can take time..so try to be patient. For me..I never thought a routine was the answer. Or getting organized by writing everything down. When I tried this approach in my little ones first year, it became all the difference and the reason why I created our Mommy-do book. It changed my day and gave me back time. It allowed me to spend the quality time I wanted with my babe and pushed me to take time for me as well. When I put in extra efforts for her activities and development ...the outcome was amazing. I saw what I accomplished daily...and to me that was amazing. #mommydoer Sign up for more information at www.mommy-do.com.
