So, my little Bailey Tru learned how to use the tripod for my camera and decided to set up and record us during my first day of the 80 day obsession program that launches today and it’s honestly something I wouldn’t have shared if I got these images myself 😂 it’s not a flattering angle and some scenes don’t even show the full picture; BUT I decided to share this because it’s so raw and real that i know someone out there can relate to it. Not every angle is perfect, especially since I have gained weight and can’t use my Snapchat filters 😂 but I love that it’s me 100% And I always talk like I’m as real as it gets, so I better back up what I say lolThe good, the bad and the ugly lol 🤦🏽‍♀️ here it is 🤷🏽‍♀️

Today is the FIRST day of my new program and I am so excited to see what RESULTS come from staying committed to myself daily.
To be honest, it been a long time since I have done a 1-hour workout, so after 30 minutes my body wanted to quit. After round one I thought I was not going to make it thru but I pushed and got through it. finished and felt amazing. You truly need to change your mindset to be successful with your GOALS.

If you need someone to be that push in the morning or any time of day I am your girl. I am here to help as many women as I can get to a healthier self.
The day I joined an accountability group to hold me accountable to my goals each month was the first time I finished a workout program and lost the excuses. 
here will never be a perfect time to start so just jump in now!

You ARE capable of achieving all your goals. But you'll never know unless you start.

I just had a total freak out moment that time is going by way too fast!

I’m always excited for the next thing or the next step or for my vision for the future, and I often miss being in the moment.

Being the mom of a preemie is not easy, and sometimes I think about how nice it will be once he is six weeks old or six months old…
.
But tonight I realized that that will actually be here before I know it, and I will miss this cute little guy and all of the weird sounds he makes!

I’ve always been so bad at journaling, but I think I really need to do it. I want to write about each day with my little angel so I never forget what it’s like!

New week, new goals, new program....

I have to admit, it's scary to start a new program when I already feel like I've been #failing so much on my nutrition and thus my #SIBO is flaring up again. But I could always make an excuse wht this isn't the right time. .
.
When I greet excited about a new program and am feeling motivated, I'm all about using that energy to fuel my success!!! Plus the accountability of starting it with a whole group of online #fitfriends totally helps keep me on track. .
.
Ive always loved lifting but in 2017 felt like body weight and cardio workouts were the better fit. Now, I'm ready to #bringbacktheweights and tone my body. I started last week with a program to help ease me into it and I was crazy sore. .
.
Day 1 was fun but it was also HARD! But I'm going to see my #soremuscles as progress towards my goals. Plus be sure to drink lots of water, get good sleep and maybe even an Epson salt bath for lots of #selfcare .
.
