Just getting back into training after the Worlds and upper body was on the menu today: 4x8 55kg #benchpress#bänkpress playing around with a wider grip and it feels good! Also did 4x10 assisted pull ups, 3x12 incline dumbbell press, lat pulldown, wide push down, wide row. 10 sleeps until Sweden 🇸🇪 cant wait 🙏🏼😍!

Do something everyday that scares you a little and makes you come alive! That was me today!! I started off my bench session with 4x5 3ct 55kg and then it was time for block work! Did 5x70,75 and then finally 80kg! So overwhelmed and grateful for @borjetheswede support 🙏🏼! Powerlifting is about community and loved having @coach_loacosta@yogiwholifts and @jazinmotion there as well! #mot80kg 👊🏼❤️
