After 2,5 months not training due to an injury to my shoulder. I have finally got back into training again. I had the go ahead to train about 2 weeks ago from my fysio but I felt the struggles of getting back into training. I was constantly making excuses of not to train and also eating very bad.
Results are that I have massively dropped in muscle mass and gained fat free mass, keeping almost the same weight but the mirror tells a very different story. We all fall back sometimes and it’s normal we are human. You just need to get back to it and stay consistent.
