Started this workout with the intention of squatting heavy and then realized I forgot my flat shoes 💁🏼 so swapped it with this one; lower weight and higher reps. For these days I keep reps 10-15 (depending on the exercise) and use more supersets and take slightly shorter rests between exercises.

ss bodyweight thrusts, feet elevated

ss kettlebell RDLs

Banded lateral walks
ss reverse hypers
ss banded squats

You can definitely use the rack for the front squats if you're not comfy cleaning the weight up (my gym's racks were just ocupado). And that is all 🍑🔥✌🏻👋🏻

Odda and ends day, all the bits i didnt train throughout the week today like forearms and calves.

Heading off to work now to finish off pulling out some stoves we are looking to clear for great prices! More info to follow on that.. Sun is shining, great day to spend in the warehouse lol still these stoves are not going to sell themselves, gotta be seen to be sold!

Die Welt in der wir leben ist eine 50|50-Welt. Alles ist in einer bestimmten Harmonie, ein Ausgleich findet statt, sowas wie ein Naturgesetz...Zum Beispiel Gravitation; der Ball fliegt in die Luft, er fliegt wieder zu Boden. Die Sonne geht auf und wieder unter. Genauso wechseln sie die Jahreszeiten ab. Auch im Leben haben wir Hochs und Tiefs. Und so ist es auch bei uns Menschen; wir müssen zuerst geben um zu empfangen.... Viele Menschen wollen es möglicherweise nicht wahrhaben, aber um etwas zu erreichen muss man meistens zuerst einen ebenbürtigen Gegenwert bringen. Sei es Energie, Zeit oder Geld. So viele erwarten Ergebnisse, ohne etwas gleichwertiges dafür gegeben zu haben. Doch alles hat seinen Wert. Das nächste mal, wenn du etwas erwartest, dass es funktioniert, dann denke bitte an diese Metapher und frage dich: habe ich alles dafür gegeben, damit es funktionieren kann? WANN HAST DU MAL ERWARTET, DASS ES DIREKT KLAPPT?
