Well, let's think about it for a second!
What happens when you hurt yourself?
You be careful, you think before you move, you slow down a little, you breathe....
What happens when you're injured?
You support yourself, you think before you move, you rest!
What happens when we're not injured or in pain?
We go harder, we do more, we think we're invincible until.....
We get injured or are in pain!!
Do we ever think beyond the physical and aesthetic gains of exercise?
Is there more to life than just "looking good"??
Does the looking good come with deprivation, intensity and challenges and then our days after the "exercise" are filled with anxiety, struggle and fear.
Is your exercise "healthy" is it making you feel good after your class is finished, through the day and when you sleep at night?
