DAY 12: #MonoStar - Spotting
BASE: From Star, maintain strong connection through heels, supporting the back of flyer’s head. Instruct flyer to which side you want them to shift their weight, allowing you to remove foot from opposite side. Keep a strong connection through the hands and keep your arms extended wide.
FLYER: From Star, extend legs skywards and engage muscles all the way to toes. Shift weight slightly to one side, allowing base to remove foot from opposite side. Maintain a strong connection with the back of the head to the shins and keep arms extended wide.
SPOTTER: Stand at flyer’s back in narrow warrior stance with hands around hips. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication and bring flyer and base back into balance when necessary.
