Ever since I was a little girl I longed to be a mother. I think I played with baby dolls until I was in 5th grade. Then babysat & nannied through high-school & college.I have always loved children & prayed God would bless me to be a mother one day. .

Grateful God blessed me with these “3” little blessings. It is so funny because every child you have; you wonder how you would love them the same but you do, each in a different, special unique way. 💕🌾

I haven’t missed a workout in over 92 days. I remain consistent, I keep my goals in check, and my nutrition as close to on point as I can. Today’s workout was actually from earlier this morning, but I didn’t have time to post until now. I’m busy! Make no mistakes, i love my life but I’m busy 🏃🏼‍♀️Like most parents, I’m on the go constantly; working, 3 kids in 3 different schools, dance practice, track practice, gymnastics, etc. Someone always needs something in my house 🤷🏼‍♀️ and it always seems last minute because that’s how I roll 😂 but no matter what happens, I make my workout time my priority. I make sure I show up for myself. I may have a bad day, I may eat something not on plan, I may have a glass of wine, but every day I’m going to get up, push play and just do the best I can.

I am not going to be that person that says EVERYONE has at least 30 mins. to work out every day. It bothers me when people say that. Time can really be that hard to come by for some. I know because I am one of those people. .
No, I don't use, "I don't have time" as an excuse to not exercise ever, but I do struggle to find the time. I work 1 hr and 15 mins from my house. I get up at 3 AM every day to get me and my 3 kids ready to go. I find it insane to try and get up at 2 to get my workout in...so I work out at night on weekdays....

by the time I take my long drive home, I walk in the house and either feed the baby right away or make dinner for the kids...then it's homework, showers, wash all bottle stuff, etc. .
By the time I can work out its usually 8 PM. Then I have to pump milk. If things go well, I will get to bed at 9. Then the baby wakes up 1 to 2 times per night. I am lucky if I get 6 hours a sleep per night.

The point is, I sacrifice sleep to get my workouts in and sometimes my body has just had enough and I take more rest days than I think I should. I compare myself to others who say everyone has time or that work out every single day. .
There are many people who have busier schedules than mine, work 2 jobs, are single parents, have to bring their kids to sports or other things nightly (soccer added to the schedule for us soon). So I'm here to be the person that says I GET IT! SOMETIMES YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE TIME! .
Just do the best you can do. Try to find a time to workout. Make a goal that is realistic for you. My goal at first was 3 days a week. Start small, get creative with your time, do half of a workout video of you need to, leave the laundry for the next day.

Most importantly, don't let anyone make you feel bad for saying you dont having time. Its hard and its exhausting to find time sometimes.Don't compare yourself to anyone else. Just do the best you can and set a goal that is realistic for your life right now.

Feeling completely empowered on day 79 of my 13 week workout program. Still showing up & able to give this workout my all while on vacation. The kids were sound asleep while I streamed my workout on the balcony. No gym needed, no weights needed just my bands & sliders I packed. I love being able to bring my trainer everywhere I go. Working out on vacation was something I NEVER did prior to this journey. I am finished, I am drenched, I am feeling so good, the kids are up & it’s time to head to breakfast together 🙌🏼 So excited to start my next 13 week program on April 30th & can not wait to see who is joining me on this journey! Levi war heute das zweite mal ganz alleine ohne mich im #Kindergarten und er macht das so toll,beim Abschied fließen noch Tränen aber er beruhigt sich ziemlich schnell,er #fragt den Tag über manchmal nach mir akzeptiert aber dann wen die Erzieherin in erklärt das ich ihn nachher abhole,er spielt,er isst gut...alles so wie es sein soll ❤️👍
Er ist dann zuhause auf dem Sofa erst mal eingeschlafen und ich konnte in aller Ruhe das #Abendessen vorbereiten,weil die #Zwillinge wunderbar alleine miteinander gespielt haben,ich habe schon vergessen das sie das überhaupt können 😂
Und jetzt?!Jetzt liegen die zwei kleinen schon im Bett,weil Levi in der #Kindergarten geht müssen sie ja auch früher aufstehen als gewohnt und daher gehen sie abends auch früher ins Bett,und ich habe jetzt jede Menge Zeit in Ruhe sauber zu machen,hach ich hoffe es wird noch viele von diesen #wunderbaren Tagen geben 😊😀 Schönen Abend 💕

I wanted a lifted booty & stronger abs...day 64 of my 13 week program is not disappointing.
I am working hard in my gym but also at fueling this mind & body as best as I can.

This journey I have been over the last few years has taught me what you feel on inside is so much more important than the outside transformation. I look back at pictures from years ago where I was sporting a healthy fit body, but I didn’t see that because I didn’t feel good on the inside. I picked myself apart constantly 🤦🏼‍♀️ If you want a total transformation, it starts on the inside. You can change your shell all you want but it’s how healthy you feel in the inside that truly counts.

But ✋🏼 I don't let that one slip up define my day/Week/month/life. I don't try to justify my actions by using my circumstances either. .
There are SO many amazing, deserving people who sell themselves short! They want this, or they want that, but they give in when they make a mistake or its hard. Selling themselves short under the guise of perfection. Perfection is not reality 🙅🏼

But that doesn't mean we have to give up on ourselves either. It sounds silly down the road when you look back and realize our excuses are for stopping are being /busy/unmotivated/bored/unsupported 🙈

Don't let your slip ups define you! Get back up when you fall and keep going. You DESERVE it 😘.

This guy is such a sport. He goes to PT with me every week and doesn’t complain one bit! All the therapists adore him and look forward to our visits. So today, we rewarded ourselves with coffee and cookies at the usual spot, saw our favorite barista, and giggled our way thru the day.
