Ok I know most of you guys don't know me! I'm still overweight but I'm healthier than I was when the picture on the left was taken May 30th 2014 the picture on the right is from tonight aug 3 and I couldn't be more proud of myself. I use to be depressed and so down all the time and I'd just put a smile on to hind my pain... Now I feel alive, active and happy to see myself everyday! I've lost 33lbs since June 1st 2014 I didnt lose just weight I lost the I cants and excuses! I lost my bad attitude towards my body and learned to accept and embrace myself! I've done this all on my own without any programs, pills, wraps, drinks, shakes, surgery bars anything! Just hard work and eating right! So I started a #plank #fitnesschallange today. When working out my abs I always feel most comfortable doing "basic crunches"(laying on my back). @germanyfit challenged me to focus on solely on planking. He informed me that doing basic crunches can actually be counterproductive because you end up with strength in your abs and not enough strength in your back! By planking you target your CORE so it will be more effective! Also he suggested that I do these be cause I really want to try and tighten my lower abdominal region! Started today planking for 60secs resting 60secs 6 times! Going to do this everyday this week. Who's in!?!?@njqt @awesomeness_215 @purplerayn79
